Practice Emphasis
Mike Holloway has focused his practice in the area of tort defense, with special emphasis in contract disputes, insurance defense, medical malpractice, premises liability and legal malpractice. He also has experience in the areas of construction defect litigation, hospital security and products liability. Mr. Holloway has tried a number of complex multiparty cases, and is capable of managing litigation involving voluminous documentation and witnesses.
