Practice Emphasis
Scott Moran represents both condemning authorities and landowners. He has represented public utilities, pipeline companies, telephone companies, and entities with large land interests. His clients benefit from his extensive experience working for both sides of the dispute involving eminent domain cases. His practice has also included defending clients in a myriad of general liability matters, including premises, product and professional liability. He has had substantial experience in representing pharmacies in liability claims. Mr. Moran has also provided legal services to charitable institutions in various legal matters.
