Lance Travis has represented numerous utility companies, health care providers, legal professionals and a variety of other businesses throughout the state. His primary focus is defending cases involving catastrophic injury, death, and exposure to punitive damages. He has appeared before State and Federal Courts throughout North, Central and East, Texas and has a remarkable record of success in obtaining jury verdicts, summary judgments, and favorable settlements. Mr. Travis has also successfully authored and argued several appeals before the Texas Appellate Courts.
