Practice Emphasis
Scott Doggett represents public and private clients in real property litigation, with an emphasis on condemnation, inverse condemnation, mineral disputes and other land use conflicts. Mr. Doggett has over 18 years of litigation experience, as an Assistant Attorney General and private practitioner, in matters involving utilities, highways, educational and research institutions, entertainment and sports venues, airports and agribusinesses.
Mr. Doggett has prior experience as a real estate broker and appraiser, oil, gas and agricultural land management with a unique perspective in having represented clients on both sides of the issues.
