Practice Emphasis

Jennifer King represents and counsels clients on business and professional disputes in the areas of legal malpractice, medical malpractice, premises liability, and personal injury.  She works with clients to avoid litigation and to seek ways to minimize litigation and / or resolve the dispute in a cost-effective and timely manner.

In the health care arena, Ms. King works with clients on peer review, contract drafting and negotiations, EMTALA, and contract disputes.  She also represents physician groups and hospitals in the areas of policies and procedures, contract disputes, indemnity issues, and medical malpractice.

In the legal malpractice area, Ms. King counsels clients on avoiding malpractice and represents them in the grievance process, as well as in legal malpractice litigation.
