Tim Kirk joined Burford & Ryburn as "Of Counsel" in August of 2004. He brings a broad background and experience in all aspects of corporate law.
Mr. Kirk specializes in public and private corporate representation. He is also experienced in all phases of corporate and business litigation, commercial arbitration, and security matters including representation of broker-dealers and customers before the NASD and NYSE. In addition, he has extensive experience in acquisitions and mergers. Mr. Kirk currently serves as corporate counsel to numerous corporations and limited liability companies.
