Practice Emphasis
Heather Johnson is involved in all aspects of litigation. Her practice is focused in the areas of eminent domain and employment litigation. Ms. Johnson's experience includes commissioner's hearings, employment discrimination and defamation cases and extensive pre-trial litigation motions and discovery. She represents utility companies as well as clients in the oil and gas industry. In addition, Ms. Johnson handles employment concerns for a number of clients from a variety of hospital systems.
