Burford & Ryburn, L.L.P. is proud to announce the addition of Nicole Tong as an associate in the firm. Ms. Tong is involved in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation. Her practice is primarily focused in the areas of medical malpractice and professional liability defense, contract disputes, and employment litigation. Ms. Tong is also experienced in business and corporate litigation concerning intellectual property.
Ms. Tong joins Burford & Ryburn, L.L.P. after gaining experience litigating complex commercial matters in Dallas. While in law school, Ms. Tong served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson pursuant to the Collins Clerkship Program and also interned for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, cum laude, 2008.
